CHARM POINTS
THE CHARM CIRCLE REWARDS
Earn
Get 10 Charm Points for every $1 you spend on jewelry, after any discount. Shipping, tax and gift boxes don’t earn points. Points arrive as soon as your payment goes through.
Use
Every 1,000 points take $5.00 off your order. That’s 5% back. At checkout, sign in and choose how many points to use, in steps of 1,000 points.
Limits
Points can pay for up to 50% of the jewelry in an order (after any promo code), not shipping or tax. They can be combined with a promo code.
Keep them active
Points expire if you go 12 months without earning or using any. Each order resets the clock.
Tiers
Your tier depends on how much you’ve spent with us in total, and it raises how fast you earn.
| Tier | Unlocks at | Earn rate |
|---|---|---|
| Stargazer | Your first order | 10 points per $1 |
| Moonlit Muse | $250 spent | 12.5 points per $1 |
| Enchanted Alchemist | $600 spent | 15 points per $1 |
Good to know
- Points belong to the email address on your orders. Create an account with that email to see and use them.
- If you return an order, the points it earned are taken back. If the whole order is refunded, any points you used on it come back to you.
- Points have no cash value and can’t be transferred or exchanged for money.
